The floral image was stamped with Momento Tuxedo Black then , using ink and a blender pen, I used a watercolour technique to colour the image.

I first stamped the Eiffel Tower in the background, stamped the scooter and girl and finally stamped the sentiment.
Image was coloured with Copic Markers mixed with some Spectrum Noir.

Winter Wonderland Blog Challenge
SU's "Awsomely Artistic" stamp set was used for this card.
I employed an Aqua Painter to watercolour the floral image. Stamped the "splatter" in Sahara Sand and Elegant Eggplant was used for dragonfly and sentiment. A flag in each of the three colours completes the card, and Wink of Stella adds some subtle glitter.
