The Cardinal first stamped with Momento Tuxedo Black, then water coloured with "Twinkling H2O's. This type of water colour medium has a very very subtle glimmer/glitter to it. I haven't used my H2O's for years and glad to bring them out again to colour this stamp.I dry embossed the second white layer and used framelit dies to cut the two layers underneath the cardinal.
